For 47 years, Karl has proudly called Pullman home. From preschool to PhD, he has experienced every stage of life in this community, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing Pullman today.

Now, alongside his wife and three wonderful children, Karl is ready to serve the city that helped shape him, bringing his lifelong connection to Pullman into a new chapter of leadership.

Karl is a local entrepreneur and real estate investor with a strong track record of building relationships and getting things done. He’s also a dedicated volunteer and an active member of the community, always ready to roll up his sleeves and contribute where it counts.

With deep roots, broad experience, and a clear commitment to Pullman's future, Karl is prepared to represent Ward 3 with integrity, energy, and vision.
